D&D Tracker is a web application for managing Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, characters, and combat. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Free accounts include one campaign and support up to 5 players. Free tier features may change as the service evolves. We will provide reasonable notice before reducing free tier limits for existing accounts.
Paid plans unlock additional campaigns and features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
The Lifetime plan grants access for as long as the service is commercially viable and operational. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of the user. We intend to operate this service indefinitely, but make no guarantee of perpetual availability. If the service is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer a prorated refund where feasible.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for renewal charges.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify users by email.
